Product Description:
EUBO FG207 Fluorine Grease is made from medium-viscosity perfluoropolyether (PFPE), offering a wide operating temperature range and excellent performance. It provides long-lasting and superior lubrication within -65℃ to 250℃. Its outstanding film-forming ability, load-bearing capacity, and lubrication performance are three times higher than conventional greases.

Advantages / Features of FG207 Fluorine Grease:

  4. Insoluble in water and most solvents; compatible with almost any engineering plastics and elastomers.

  5. Excellent film-forming, load-bearing, and lubricating properties; film-forming ability is three times that of ordinary lubricants.

Usage Instructions:

  • Apply or fill using a brush, spatula, or automatic lubrication device, as with conventional greases.

  • Ensure the workpiece surface is clean to avoid oxide, dust, or oil contamination, which may affect adhesion.

Storage Instructions:

  • Seal the container after use to prevent contamination.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid contact with oxides, strong acids, and alkaline substances.

  • Ensure good ventilation during handling.

Application scope

Application Range of FG207 Fluorine Grease:

  1. Lubrication of high-temperature valves and sealing components.

  2. Situations requiring minimal lubricant evaporation, such as cleanroom equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

  3. Fuser films on printers and copiers.

  4. Lubrication and friction reduction for high-temperature, high-load bearings, gears, guide rails, and cams where ordinary greases cannot withstand the conditions.

  5. Lubrication of bearings in film stretching machines, heat-setting machine conveyor belts, corrugating machines, hot-air blowers, hot-oil pumps, and high-temperature motors.

  6. Lubrication and sealing in other harsh environments, including low/high temperatures, corrosive conditions, solvents, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) applications.
